Product-related conduct

Our kits are for DIY home maintenance and safety. Do not use them for electrical, gas, load-bearing structural or lift work — those require a qualified professional. You are responsible for assessing whether a product suits your home and for following the supplied guide.

Suspension

We may suspend or restrict access for anyone who breaches this policy or uses the site in a way that harms us, our customers or third parties.
