If you share a photo or details of your home for the Fix Finder or support, here is what happens to it.
You keep ownership
Any photo or content you send us — for example an image of the problem you are trying to fix, or details in a support message — remains yours. You keep all ownership and intellectual property rights in it.
The limited licence you grant us
By sharing content with us, you grant ELEVATOR REPAIR SPECIALISTS LTD a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and use that content only to respond to you, recommend a suitable kit, and provide support. We do not use your personal photos for marketing without your separate, explicit consent.
How long we keep it
Content shared for the Fix Finder or a support query is retained only as long as needed to help you and is then cleared, in line with our Privacy Policy retention periods.
Your responsibilities
Please only share content you have the right to share, and avoid sending sensitive personal information you do not want us to process. Do not upload content that infringes someone else's rights.
Our content
The Steadwell name, product photography, guides and site content are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.
