How do I track my order?
When your order ships we email a confirmation with tracking where the carrier provides it. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy for timings.
Can I return a kit?
Yes — unopened kits can be returned within 30 days. Opened consumables cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty. Full details are in the Refund & Returns Policy.
My kit arrived damaged or incomplete — what now?
Email support@elevrepairs.shop within 14 days with your order reference and a photo if possible. We arrange a free replacement or refund.
Are these products medical or safety-certified aids?
No. Steadwell kits are home maintenance and safety convenience products, not medical devices or mobility aids, and we make no health claims. See the guidance disclaimer.
Do you install the kits or do electrical/gas work?
No. We ship DIY kits with guides. We do not offer on-site installation and do not carry out electrical, gas, structural or lift work — those need a qualified professional.
How does membership billing work?
Membership is a subscription of benefits (no credits or stored balance), billed monthly or yearly in USD, and you can cancel anytime. See Membership and the Terms.
