Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your kit. Here is exactly how returns, replacements and refunds work.

30-day returns on unopened kits

You can return an unopened, unused kit within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. The kit must be in its original, resalable condition with all packaging intact. Start a return by emailing support@elevrepairs.shop with your order reference.

Opened consumables

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened consumables (adhesives, sealants, lubricants, descalers, tapes, pads and similar single-use items) cannot be returned once the seal is broken, unless they are faulty. This does not affect your rights where an item is defective.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, is faulty, or we sent the wrong item, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any return postage. Please include a photo where you can — it speeds things up.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method through Stripe, in USD. Once we receive and check a return, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to show the credit.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns you cover the cost of return shipping. For damaged, faulty or incorrect items, we cover it. Please use a tracked service and keep proof of postage until your refund is confirmed.

Statutory cancellation rights

Consumers may also have a statutory right to cancel a distance purchase within a set period after delivery. Where this applies, it runs alongside the returns terms above; we will always honour the option that is most favourable to you under the law of your country and England and Wales.

Membership cancellation

You can cancel a membership at any time and keep the benefits until the end of the current paid period. Membership benefits are services, not credits or stored value, so unused benefits (such as a period's free-shipping allowance) are not refundable or convertible to cash.

Product safety note

Steadwell products are home maintenance and safety convenience products, not medical devices, and we do not carry out on-site or regulated (electrical, gas, structural, lift) work. Returns relate to product condition and delivery, not to installation outcomes, which depend on your own home.
