Shipping & Delivery Policy

Every kit is packed to protect its contents and shipped with tracking. Here is what to expect.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide to the countries listed at checkout. All shipping charges are shown and charged in US Dollars (USD).

Delivery cost

  • Standard shipping: a flat $9 per order.
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $75.
  • Care and Keeper members receive free standard shipping as a membership benefit.

Delivery times

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Typical delivery windows after dispatch:

  • Domestic (United Kingdom): 2–4 business days.
  • Europe: 4–8 business days.
  • North America and rest of world: 6–14 business days.

These are estimates; carrier performance, customs and remote addresses can affect timing.

Tracking

When your order ships we email a confirmation. Where the carrier provides tracking, we include it so you can follow your parcel to the door.

Customs, duties and taxes

For international orders, import duties or taxes may be charged by your local authorities on delivery. These are set by your country and are the recipient's responsibility; they are separate from the USD prices shown at checkout.

Carriers and address accuracy

We use reputable postal and courier carriers, and share only the name and delivery address needed to complete delivery. Please double-check your address at checkout — we cannot be responsible for delivery to an address entered incorrectly.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or does not arrive, contact us at support@elevrepairs.shop. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund & Returns Policy.
